No reply to complaint. Quality of product greatly differs from same product purchased 12 months ago.
Quick delivery but that’s the only plus I can give and the 3 stars.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Things like this seldom happen at Hot Diamonds, but we can appreciate how disappointed you are with the difference between the chains. Unfortunately, there has been a mix up at our factory and all these chains we have in stock are the thinner version. As per our email, we will refund you in full, including the delivery charge, upon receipt of the chain. To be honest, we feel really disappointed to have let you down with this and have offered some compensation to try to make things better. If you have not received our reply, please do let us know.
