Dear Customer,
I am very sorry to her that this pendant was smaller than you expected. We include shots of all our jewels on a model (except for some in the outlet) so that our customers can see the scale of them before ordering. These are always the actual jewels and so should be 100% accurate!
All of our birthstones are genuine gems (not synthetic) and so to keep them at an attractive price point they need to be quite delicate. Real gemstones, once cut and polished are much more expensive than synthetic stones!
Once again, I am sorry for your disappointment and thank you so much for your kind comments regarding our gift wrap!
