Efficient service and a great experience

Easy to contact with the minimum of waiting time. Quick and efficient service. Easy to renew and small rise in my premiums was acceptable.

No consideration given to policy holders although we could not use our boat

Good service but felt prices should not of increased as most people that had a policy could not use their boats last year but no rebate given or incentive to re insure

Your comments have, understandably, been raised often over the past 14 months as we appreciate this has been a very frustrating time for all boat owners. Our statistics show that a majority of our claims happen when the boat is unattended and all of this is taken into account when calculating premium.
