Thank you for your message, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your order was placed during the Christmas and New Year period, which unfortunately did lead to some delays while we were closed and then working through a high volume of orders on reopening. We completely understand how frustrating it is not to have received your parcel when expected, and we apologise for this.
