Thanks for your great feedback. In regards to your delivery, unfortunately, when placing an order using Bank Transfer, we have to wait for payment to clear in our bank and this can take up to 24 hours. sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed over the telephone, the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) dictates that we must complete a medicine check with all customers who place orders on our website for GSL medicines. As you confirmed that the medicines were for personal use and were to be delivered to a residential address, we were unable to process the order, as to comply with MHRA regulation. A refund was processed immediately back to your PayPal account.
