Dear Clair, Your order was placed on the 13th April, 9.16 pm, it was sent on the the morning of the 14th April, by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Therefore the delay is within the postal service, not my company. Royal Mail are experiencing extra delays due the coronavirus situation. Please let me know when you have received your items.
