Please have a direct link to sitters profiles in their responses so I don’t have to go searching for it.
Unfortunately I had a much better responses from another company.

I was referring to the lack of direct link in the email sent, not via logging onto My Account & finding Messages.
Heaps smoother & easier to do business directly from the email.
