The driver was early, courteous, gracious, and interesting. He made my last contact with Florence a memorably positive one, and got me to the airport in a timely and relaxed fashion.

The sites were great. The guide was excellent. He provided an abundance of interesting information. I would reduce the time dedicated to lunch.
