Bought tickets for 5 attractions, including Empire State Building. Only was able to redeem them at 3. Empire State Buolding did not accept them. Request refund from 5 to 3.
Online booking was easy...
Tour was OK... waited in line for over 1 hr....
Could not "hop off" at any stop or you'd have to wait another hour for a buss with room...
Need more busses to meet demand

Online booking is easy. Pick up for tickets right by where the buses have a stop.
Holiday Lights your is advertised but when we arrived, tickets in hand, we were told it wasn’t happening- at all- this year. Refund has been requested via website contact form.
