​ ​Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. We are sorry for the issue you experienced in getting your order delivered. We can see only one of the three rolls was delivered on the scheduled delivery date. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we dispatched out two more rolls, with these being delivered the day after dispatch. This issue should not have occurred and appears to be down to human error. We have amended our procedures to prevent this error happening again. ​ ​We advise against arranging a fitting date until all items have been received and do state in the delivery section of out web site: ​ ​'If you are booking a flooring fitter we ask that you do not do this until you have received, checked and measured the flooring. This means if there are any slight delays or problems you will not have to re-arrange your fitter.' We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
