Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback following your order.
We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery service.
Our driver reported no road access on the scheduled delivery date. We can see you contacted our team, who provided options for redelivery. As deliveries are planned up to two working days in advance, redelivery would normally take place within 2–3 working days.
We are sorry this timescale was not suitable on this occasion. We can see your order has since been cancelled and your refund processed.
A member of our team will be in contact to see if there is anything further we can assist you with.
Kind regards,
Jenny
