Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your recent order.
We are sorry to hear that the outdoor carpet you received was not as expected and that you have been left feeling disappointed.
Where possible, multiple cuts from the same width are supplied from the same parent roll or dye batch. However, on rare occasions, if stock availability does not allow, they may be supplied from different dye batches.
We have not received any correspondence from you since your order was delivered and were therefore unaware of the concerns you have raised in your review.
