Staff were not talkative I. Found that rude and I was not on the list for the talk with Gary Anderson at the hotel when I had paid for it and given my details which I found disappointing

Dear Mr Clark We are really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the British Grand Prix weekend however we were disappointed to hear your comments about the Gary Anderson event and to award one star for service. We have tried to contact you via email and telephone to discuss your comments but have not heard back from you. All of the feedback from customers who attended the Gary Anderson event has been extremely positive and we were not made aware of any issues by any guests on the evening. If you'd spoken to a member of the team on the evening, we would have been able to address your concerns. The Gary Anderson event was not a paid event, it was complimentary for all Grandstand Motor Sports who were staying with us for the British Grand Prix weekend in Stratford. I find your response insulting because I paid for the hotel and everything even if the talk was complimentary I should have been on the list and the fact that your staff had to write my name down cos I wasn’t on the list is disappointing so I won’t be booking with you and I won’t be changing my review cos I find your response insulting

The whole weekend was well organised. The hotel was excellent. The journey to and from the track was on time and the full days at Silverstone were packed and exciting. Staff were always available...

Another good trip.
Good hotel, staff very attentive. Transport excellant to and from course. Only issue hospitality guests can struggle to get to bus if other side of circuit.
