Poor delivery service as I paid more than normal for postage and expected parcel to arrive within two days at max and received it 5 days later

I'm sorry that the rod you ordered on Thursday 18/09/14 wasn't delivered until Monday 22/09/14.
We used Parcelforce's Express service on this occasion due to the length of the parcel and the parcel was collected from our shop on Friday 19/09/14 at 10.44.
I have copied and pasted the Parcelforce tracking details below.

I trust that these details are correct and I'm sorry that Parcelforce didn't deliver the parcel sooner for you but as we pay for next business day delivery and Saturday and Sunday are not business days, they did technically comply with these terms.
