Never got my order. My summa *** laude twin sons looked like they graduated 500th in their class. Enough said. Have a good life because I will never use that company again.

I sincerely apologize for this problem. Although your products were shipped off, it looks as though our shipping vendor failed to process the shipment properly. We, of course, take full responsibility and have already given you a full refund. However I understand your annoyance. Of the thousands of orders we process, this was a very unfortunate exception.

The gown was sent to you within three days of you ordering. UPS has tried to deliver at least two times and have not been able to contact you. The gown has been at your local UPS facility since 5/27. Please call us on 888 970 7651 to discuss further.

UPS has never tried to deliver anything to me or contact me. I just received the tracking info when I called to inquire where the gown was. UPS seems to have a problem with delivery but I also didn't pay UPS I paid Graduation World.
