Good quality in a timely manner

Not soon enough
My order was somehow shipped to a different address than my home. I located it in time for the graduation, but too late to find out that it was not acceptable. I will be returning what I had so hoped...

Hi there,
Thanks for the feedback. As we have discussed we can only ship to the address given. In this case it seems as though you put the wrong address on the order and therefore it was shipped to a property nearby to the intended address. With regards to the products, we shipped you a shiny silver cap and gown as requested. Sometimes our color may be slightly different to other vendors and this may be the case this time around. I hope we have the opportunity to work together in the future! Hopefully you will have a better experience.

I did not enter the wrong address. I was not even aware of the number or street address that was on the invoice. I typed my address it must have been something in your software program that change it to Britton Parkway. As I spoke with you on the phone, I didn't even know where this place was located, so there was no way I would have typed the address on my order. It does accept UPS packages, so I believe you must have a default somewhere in your system that changed my address to the address it was delivered. I DID NOT type or enter the address as it appears on the invoice. This was NOT my mistake. My only mistake was not rechecking the information that I typed in, which I have never done before, but will start as a result of what happened with your company.

Thanks again for the the further feedback, and we are glad that the situation was resolved. Of the thousands of packages we send out, this is the first time this situation has arisen and as a result we have done a thorough check of our delivery processes and can find no error in any software.

Hi Tamer,
Thanks very much for your feedback. The color you ordered is 'Blue-violet' and this color certainly does have a more purplish tinge in comparison to the Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Midnight Blue or Light Blue satins that we offer. As we make hood products individually for each customer we cannot accept returns unless we were at fault. We are sorry for inconvenience this may have caused you.
