Golf course oversold as new. Terrible condition with bunkers not racked uneven tee boxes with tufted long grass spots and empty spots. New layout poor and crambed in holes. Index of front and back...

Poorly maintained. Landscapers not doing their job imho. Bunkers unrwcked with varied levels of sand, 2 temporary greens due to badger issues with no attempts to repair sand and seed. The temp greens...

A narrow course which penalises wayward hitting especially in the trees that line the fairways. Some interesting holes; we would certainly be happy to play again there.
