I was sceptical at first using an agent I haven't heard of but they were extremely professional in the speed of email response. I contacted them with a query and received an immediate response.

Where is my E-ticket?
They delay sending e-tickets to their customers. I was informed I'd be getting e-ticket on May 22nd; yet until now I haven't received my e-ticket yet

Very good service had to wait a few days for e-ticket which was a little worrying as not one of the usual companies offering tickets to Bangkok but came a week before flight so no problems.
