Date Change penalty fees may apply depending on the original fare rules. In addition to the change penalty fees, the applicable fare difference will be charged if and when the originally purchased fare is not available for the new flights.
We apologise that the date change fee quoted did not meet your expectations. Please bear in mind that the penalty fees are not issued by us, but by the Airlines themselves.
Again, we would like to apologise if we had caused any disappointment. If you would like any more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
