Purchase was made via the Pandora website which then switched to "Gift and Wrap", the expectation would then be that any returns could still be handled via a Pandora shop as well. Unfortunately not...

I can confirm we are an official stockist of Pandora, however items purchased through our website must be returned back to us. We offer a free returns service for our customers to use, if you wish to return your order back to us and we will gladly refund or exchange the item for you.
