Online orders are unacceptably slow
I ordered a disconnect switch online, it said it could be shipped from a Saskatchewan branch to my branch within 5 days. It has now been 10 days and I’m still waiting for it.

see picture of damaged box, no internal foam was used to protect the lens from damage.
