Dear valued patient , Thank-you for your feedback. We have had telephone dialogue with your nurse regarding your points as some of the information related to your personal health situation for privacy reasons as feefo wasn’t the best platform to do this.. You made some points about feeling that you wished for better results, Jessica has discussed the need in your case for adjuvant vaginal hormone therapy and moisturiser to compliment the Nu-v and support the ongoing collagen growth that is still in progress. Your personal response to the treatment relates to some of your presenting issues being of a long standing nature which was discussed privately. Each of our patients have different health issues and due to our extensive skill set with our nurses having wide ranging experience in a variety of women’s health specialities, this enables us to tailor advice specifically to each patient that may occasionally differ from the generic guidance in our documentation. Jess will be in touch shortly and will be inviting you to visit your nurse once you commence the recommended supporting treatment for a review if you wish, and reassure you that collagen production is ongoing for several months after the treatment.
I have always had the most considerate and sympathetic service. For a very personal treatment, I was put at ease immediately and everything explained in a understanding and helpful manner.
