We’re really pleased to hear you found the Gateway2Lease team great to deal with, although we’re sorry the vehicle itself didn’t fully meet your expectations. Regarding the carpet mats, these are only included where they form part of the vehicle’s standard specification. This is outlined within the quotation under the “Important Information About Your Quotation” section, so customers have the option to include them at that stage and spread the cost across the term of the agreement if they wish. We’re also sorry to hear your concerns about the valet and the faulty parking sensors — this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
