Ease of use. By far the best deals (I did a lot of research), non pushy staff. I was kept up to date. Online service was excellent. All my questions were dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend.

Over promise and under deliver

From almost the start of the leasing process I found the service provided by Gateway2lease to be shambolic and inept

Hi Margaret, thanks for providing feedback on your experience, your comments have been noted and we have completed full review of your order. We can see that our customer service team have built good rapport with you during the process however you were left frustrated with the business in relation to the registration plate for the new vehicle. On this occasion the vehicle was a special Mercedes offer via one of our finance partners and the cars had been pre registered as part of that offer. This means the new car has been assigned a registration plate already via the DVLA and we were unable to influence a new 18 plate. That said, our communication can be improved with regards to this issue and that is something we will take forward within the business. Kind Regards, G2L
