Good Morning, thank you very much for leaving this valuable feedback. We are conscious that you aren't saying your experience was a bad one however we do aspire to achieve nothing less than five star service. We are working hard to ensure that customers get that 'one point of contact' from a post sales point of view. We have made big improvements in this area but we know there is more work required especially around staff annual leave for example. We have also noted that on this occasion our communication wasn't up to our usual standard, this is something we will look into and manage accordingly.
