Regarding the bumpy ride, we can only suggest that you take the vehicle into your local Mercedes Benz dealership to ask one of the specialists to check the suspension. Prior to delivery you new car would have gone through a pre delivery inspection at the supplying dealership however under your warranty agreement you can always take the vehicle back to a local dealer if you are concerned about anything. At this stage any mechanical issues identified would be rectified under the terms of your warranty. All the best, Gateway2Lease
