Your concerns about the vehicle’s condition were fully investigated with the supplier, and a goodwill gesture was offered in an effort to resolve the matter. As the complaint remained unresolved, we provided details of both the Financial Ombudsman Service and the BVRLA (our trade body) for independent review. You subsequently referred the matter to the BVRLA, which reviewed the complaint and supported our position. While we regret that we could not reach an outcome that met your expectations, we are satisfied that your complaint was handled thoroughly, professionally and through the appropriate process.
