My items were sent addressed to the wrong person. I then had to make arrangements to collect them. this meant I didn't get them next day.

Ordered two boxes of coffee pods. Only one box arrived. After my third telephone call and two weeks later still no second box.

Good service. The only minor inconvenience is that the person who came to install the machine came and the machine had not yet arrived. It was straightforward to install and the coffee tastes good.

Absolutely top notch service and the coffee is fantastic, will be buying again from Garraways.
