Order arrived quickly and on time. I needed to return 2 items and this was very easy. Was kept informed by emails from Gap. All good.

It was all fine. The shirt arrived promptly at my local Next shop. I think it was actually the next day. It all seemed easy to collect and return if I'd needed to.
