We only charge for returns if it is a mistake on the customers behalf ie ordering the incorrect items or a change of mind as we do offer samples on most of our products. If Galleon has sent the wrong goods or the goods are faulty we will always stand the charge for returning these items and ensure the correct items are sent out as soon as possible.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am pleased to read that you are very happy with the products and all round service you receive from Galleon. Unfortunately as we use a third party courier , even though we provide all the relevant details, as the delivery is on economy it is anytime between 8am-6pm and they do not offer a shorter time window. If you know you may be out it could be worth advising us of a neighbour or safe place where the goods can be left to avoid long waits for the delivery if that helps.
