Order was delivered to wrong address and I finally received it about 6 weeks later after having to re order.

Thank you for your feedback. We use a reputable courier firm to deliver our products on a Next Working Day service. They achieve a service level in excess of 99% success for us. Under no circumstances should it take so long to rectify any delivery issues. I will look at the POD and call you to discuss this.
