We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the communication around your delivery fell short of expectations. We do send an email once the order has left our workshop, and the delivery company is expected to follow up directly to arrange a suitable date. We’ll be raising this with them to ensure it’s reviewed, as we agree that a surprise delivery is far from ideal. Regarding discounts, we do offer promotions from time to time, but we appreciate the feedback and will certainly take it on board as we look at ways to improve accessibility for all our customers.
