We are sorry to hear that your cards have arrived and are not as expected. I have had a look for any communication from you but am not able to see if an email has been sent regarding this.
If I may ask if you can send us an email by replying to your confirmation email and include any photos we will try our best to correct this for you.

In spite of the establishment of communication and the sending of photos, on which it could be seen that the entire goods were damaged, there was no objection. NEVER AGAIN!

Dear Henrik,
Thank you for leaving a review for the item you have received.
We have been communicating with you by email regarding this and have requested photos of the damaged outer packaging but as you have not been able to provide the requested photos to start an investigation with the courier regarding this.
As you have not been able to provide any further information we are not be able to start the investigation with the courier as without any photos of the damage they will not entertain any claims.
We request that you provide the information that we need to start this investigation and we will be able to open a case with the courier
