The parcel and some games are damaged. More attention should be paid to packaging

We are sorry to hear that some of your items in your order have been damaged. The damage looks to have happened in transit and we apologise on behalf of the courier for this happening.
May I ask if you can send us an email by replying to the order confirmation with any photos of the outer packaging and the damaged items and we can see what we can do for you regarding this.
