The delivery time is a bit slow as I pre-ordered these items ready for release on the Friday however I didn't receive them until the following Wednesday.
Very late posting and agent was very abrupt when I queried. They stacked their website with single cards and were 4 days late shipping my order out. For a supposedly top store I would have thought...

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback especially with regards to new releases. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding your order. There are lots of different teams within Chaos Cards including a team dedicated to listing single cards, this is a different team to the team that handles sending out orders.
We made sure there were extra staff available to make sure as many orders as possible arrived within their delivery time frame - the shipping method you had selected was a 2-5 day service. We are sorry that your order arrived later than you expected but we do hope you will consider shopping with us in future.

Unfortunately there are delays at the moment due to additional checks in customs because of Brexit.
Hopefully the order will be with you as soon as possible and we hope any further delays are minimal.
