Friendly Planet has a diverse selection of trips at great prices. They are also customer service oriented. I had some questions after I booked a trip and they responded immediately.

The online booking is quite easy. The issue I had is with the lack of support prior to booking. I requested airline fares for my originating / final destination, to help determine my travel dates,...

My reservation was easy to make, my call to Friendly Planet to pay the deposit went quickly (die to my credit card not accepting charge initially) and our airline upgrade was a breeze.
