The booking process was simple and went by quickly

Natalie was very helpful and friendly.

The person I ended up booking my trip through was very helpful and professional. I needed to change my return flight and she was extremely clear about the process and costs.

Couldn't have been easier or more pleasant.

Everything went very well except that I expected a second email telling us to register. The email we got said that if we didn't register by tomorrow the trip would be voided. I was a bit confused...

I have not taken the trip yet but so far they have been helpful .

As I tried to say previously, I do not know if I would recommend them and will not know until I return from my trip. I am disappointed that 4 of us booked, one cancelled and we still had 2 cabins...

It was very easy to book. Only negative was that the included tours were not listed,. Hopefully it is all of them except the ones that are only purchased in Turkey.

Excellent customer service! William Lopez assigned our seats. Knowing our seats will make our trip more enjoyable.

Dawn was VERY helpful and polite as I had lots of questions and she was very patient.
