They are not professional - as this was they way they delivered the outcomes of the viewings - I was being contacted regularly prior to viewings about when my property would be ready for rental - it took a little longer than expected as they way the last tenants had left the property - Frank Innes did the introduction for me back then. This was due to tenants not informing myself when things in the property was functioning as should - no hot water - front door would not open - windows not opening amongst other things. When the viewing took place the all potential tenants from the feed back was not suitable-which I found this hard to believe - given I was being regularly of when the property would be ready. I then found the tenant myself however, they had viewed the property with Frank Innes. Frank Innes was not so nice when inform who I would to proceed with. I explained I had agreed that the person is going to have a guarantor as well - which I was happy with. From my point of view I have numerous tenants on the recommendation service for my properties and only had one tenant that was a good tenant. This was the first tenant ever. Since then I have tenants who have not looked after the property and upset neighbour's - neighbouring my properties. These were on recommendation service. So when I said I didn't want the checks doing you can see why. I have completed my own checks on the tenant moving in, and had numerous conversation's prior to them taking the tenancy. I was also warned from a previous customer who just has the referral/recommendation service and the issue's they had when Frank Innes change the utilities providers with out telling them - this is still an ongoing issue many years later. Had I not be warned about this I may of been in the same situation. I like I said in my first feedback I will be more active in what is included in the referral/recommendation service whether that is with yourselves or another company , as I do believe services/staff change over time.
