I have checked back on our communication with DHL, regarding your returned DHL shipment, and DHL have confirmed the reason for return was due to failure of customs charges/refusal. In response to your concerns regarding our returns policy we are unable to accept QR codes to drop returns at Parcel shops. Unfortunately drop off services for return packages is not a service we offer through our company, we can only accept returns with prepaid labels or ship them via our courier DHL. We apologize for any inconveninece this may cause you. I can see that our Customer Experience team have since provided you with further instructions about how to successfully obtain the correct pre paid 'collection' label option with the retailer for your package and your return to sender request is now being processed by our UK warehouse team. I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from using our services again in the future and we do hope you will reconsider your current rating.
