We are pleased that you are happy with our services but would like to offer some help on your comments on the 4th shipment. I'm wondering if this was something large but very light, maybe a quilt for the bed...our couriers pricing is defined using the volumetric weight of the parcel i.e. the amount of space that the item takes up on the aeroplane. We have now purchased a vacuum packer for this particular circumstance, for those customers who would like us to use it, which should help to reduce shipping costs. In this particular instance, if you know you are purchasing a few things, just let us know and we can wait until they all arrive and consolidate for you, shipping them all together.
