Many thanks for providing your feedback and taking the time to respond. As soon as we received the feedback we investigated this and opened a case file with DHL. Your shipment has been processed correctly at this end but there has been some discrepancy with the actual delivery. Whilst this is the case we still take ownership of this full transaction. We have now refunded the shipping costs and will come to a resolution by the end of this week on the actual items. Which ever way this goes please be assured that you will not be out of pocket.
