The flight and hotel were fine, however I think the Gran Costa, Adeje is more a 4 star than a 5*.
We had a problem with the transfers to hotel and back again. In your paperwork you said to meet the...

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your transfer. Our transfers are provided by Destination Services, who are a section of TUI. We are trying to establish with them why your details were not on their list as they should have been. On return transfer details should have been communicated to you via the hotel, and our office are also able to provide them. We are sorry that this information didn't reach you. If you have a receipt for your taxi transfer please forward it to us and we will arrange a refund. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Thank you for your honest feedback :) Las Americas is well-known for being one the most vibrant and lively resorts in Tenerife. Although you enjoyed your stay in Sol Tenerife, perhaps, you should go for a quieter area next time.
Thank you for the 5-star review! At Fly Direct we always try our best to make our clients happy and their lives a little bit easier. Looking forward to hearing about your next holiday!

We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Melia Jardines del Teide. The hotel provides a truly unique experience, and we're thrilled that you expectations were exceeded. Thank you.
I have already recommended your service to others but, of course, would prefer to have direct flights to Tenerife from Guernsey!

Thank you for your kind words and recommending us to others. Flying direct from Guernsey to Tenerife is a possibility that we may consider in the future. For now, we offer direct flights from Guernsey to Majorca throughout the Summer.

Everything was as we had hoped.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We hope you manage to dine on the promises eventually. Perhaps on your next holiday you should book in advance to avoid disappointment.
