arrived at hotel and told no booking in your name!!! Put in to the worst room in the hotel, not impressed

Many Thanks for your feedback. Further to our correspondence whilst you were in Tenerife, your booking was confirmed to us at the time it was made. We understood that the hotel offered an upgrade to a pool view room as compensation for their error, but if this was not the case then please let us know so that we can take it up with them again.

Overall very happy, on reflection maybe we should have chosen a slightly quieter area and possibly upgraded but value for money and good staff and hotel.

Very friendly on the phone but too much automation in the booking process and not easy to print off exactly what you said when you booked

The hotel was too far from the sea front up a very steep hill for elderly people which we should have been advised. Private transport which we booked was not available… the hotel was full of small...
