What a lovely 5 star review, it sounds like you had a great time travelling to Spain with FlyDirect and our trusted partners at BA CityFlyer and we look forward to welcoming you back on-board on your next trip.
Would have given 5. Unfortunately long delays at check in (An hour +) spoilt the experience.

What a wonderful review, we agree that when it comes to travelling with kids, FlyDirect is a game changer, we hope to see you on your next adventure soon!
Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that your enjoyed the convenience of the FlyDirect flights to Faro. As you have mentioned, we do in fact charter the flights with BA CityFlyer and as this is not a British Airways scheduled flight so I am afraid BA members do not get lounge access when travelling with FlyDirect. We hope that you choose to book and travel with us on a future occasion.
