Hotel spoilt the holiday.

I was on a weeks holiday from the 15/10-22/10. The Hotel was a disaster for me. The food was ok and the hotel was spotless. I really think Flydirect should warn people about the Atalaya Park,...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you found the hotel unsuitable for you. We do market the property as a large hotel with many facilities, but appreciate that this is not for everyone. Had we been aware of this during your stay we could have enquired with the hotel about changing you to a room closer to the public areas. We do hope that you'll travel with us again in the future, and will be on hand to suggest a smaller hotel property more suited to your requirements.

The hotel and resort was great plenty to do hotel was right on sea front.

I would definitely use again every thing was good from start to end. The check in in jersey was quick Spain a bit slow which didn’t give us much time to look around or eat
