Thank you for your feedback. We'll pass it on the hotel for them to improve what needs to be improved, otherwise we're glad to hear that you had a good overall experience at Vincci La Plantacion.
The flight was well organised (apart from the timings) and Smartwings were very efficient .
I was fortunate in that there were only 11 passengers onboard each way!

We apologise for the disappointment in service on your flight, and that the air hostess gave you incorrect information. Due to a short notice operational change on the 20th December our aircraft arrived in Jersey from a different airport than planned, which meant we were not able to have the usual catering offering loaded. We appreciate that this was inconvenient, however as I'm sure you can understand our priority was to have the aircraft available to operate the service on time.
No food or wine on the way out to tenerife , would of been nice start to Xmas holiday , was starving !! 4 1/2 hour flight ?? Think I should receive some complimentary voucher for my next trip to...

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a late operational change our aircraft on the 20th December arrived in Jersey from a different airport than originally planned, which meant the usual catering service was unfortunately not possible. We appreciate the disappointment this may have caused, however I'm sure you can appreciate that being able to operate the flight at the scheduled time was the priority.
Airline and flights excellent. Only downside was the reduced baggage allowance of 18kg which wasn’t ideal for a Xmas 2week break. Also no food and drinks available onboard other than water

Service was good, no issues. Couldn’t pay online unfortunately.
Got a reminder email a week before which was nice.

Yes absolutely we went into the office and Diana could not have been more helpful.
