Poor delivery options. Flowers wilted in the heat as no one was home to receive them

Hi, We did speak to you on the day and advised it would be a morning delivery and we delivered the flowers to your neighbour as per your request. Sorry you are disappointed but we are not sure why given we communicated with you through the whole delivery process with phone calls and text messages on delivery drop off.

Flowers were easy to order and were delivered on time as promised. The gift was to mark a significant occasion and the Ruby Reds arrangement had the desired effect. Thank you!
The online ordering was quick and easy and delivery was really quick. I didn't get to see the actual flowers that were delivered but the recipient was very happy.
