Hello... I have not had my replacement ...they have been out twice now with the same questions .....said it would be soon ...if i do not get a new one soon i would like my money back...it`s almost a year . I will not be recommending this firm at all in the future.

The installation was good. The heaters do not retain the heat for as long as we were led to believe by the salesman. They also don't save us as much money on our electric bill either. It is useful...

We trust that they have kept you nice and warm in the years since your installation and we trust that in the coming colder months they continue to make a real difference to your home. The beauty of Fischer heaters is that you can control the heat in each room as and when you need it, ensuring that each room is set to your desired temperature as and when you require it.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help in the future, our Customer Care Team are available Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and from 9am - 2pm on Saturdays.

Stud walls a problem

They were not prepared for stud walls and so the walls needed making good afterwards. Really your heaters are not good for stud walls and they have to stand on the floor.

In instances where the structural integrity of the intended wall will not allow a wall mounted installation, we will install using feet or castors depending on the customer's preference.
