Warm bathroom

I had a cold bathroom and now it is cosy and dry. Easy to adjust the temperature. Easy to lift off the wall to decorate behind. The fitters were excellent

Good afternoon Jonathan, Thank you for your review we are pleased to hear how well your heater was installed. We are sorry to hear you feel not enough time was spent on the explanation of the thermostat, this will be fed back to the installers for further training. We do have a technical team that are here to support should you require it in the future calling 0116 242 5533 selecting the relevant option. As for the wearing of masks, we appreciate your views and will consider this going forward, however at the time of your install masks were not mandatory. Kind regards Fischer Future Heat

Thank you for your prompt reply, Michelle. I am fully aware of the fact that masks were not mandatory when the installation was done. My point is that, in my opinion, one of your installers had such a bad cold that he should not really have been working on domestic installations. The wearing of a mask in his condition would have simply been a non-mandatory courtesy to your customers.
