Good Morning, Thank you for choosing Fischer , I am sure you will benefit from trouble free heating , just like all our other customers. Firstly our sustainable manufacturing means you are able to replace any part of the boiler if needed, you don’t need to replace your boiler keeping with the right to repair for a consumer both within and beyond the legal guarantee, this will deliver cost savings in now and in the future. Our 10 year guarantee is industry leading for boilers. Secondly all our parts and components are sourced from the UK and Europe, there are no Chinese parts hence are more durable and reliable. Our installation service includes removal of old systems and installing your new boiler. The cost of the installation with wiring etc. is all included in the price. The cost of the parts we use are significantly higher than other cheaper boilers. The third most important difference is there are no PCB’s in the boiler making it robust and reduces failures. In our experience PCB’s are not very reliable close to heat sources like boilers.
